Helaly brings over 25 years of leadership experience across public and private sectors, including roles in defence, national security, and commercial technology. This promotion follows a period of strong performance, during which he served as President and led a company-wide transformation. Under his leadership, thinkRF refined its product strategy, scaled global operations, and overhauled its go-to-market model. The company achieved significant revenue growth and expanded into key international markets, including North America, the Middle East, Latin America, and Sub-Saharan Africa—regions that now account for over 50% of overall growth. Helaly holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and an Executive MBA.
